plz tell me what are the new rules we have to follow according to panda update 3.5 and what is penguin in its update and can we have to stop the off-page seo work for now or not , please suggest me

    Google Panda has made very difficult for website to rank in search engine. Panda need very genuine content and always fresh content. It tells you to keep updating your website and not stuffing keywords in the content. While doing on page optimization we need to give attention on page title of the page. We should see that it is not stuff with keywords, it should be in phrases with one or two keywords.

    This algorithm update is against for un natural linking structure and targeted highly keyword stuffed pages or link farms but it doesn't mean we should stop off page promotion although we can reduce the number or submission for the websites.
