New forum rules

As everyone is probably aware, we have big problems with camouflaged spam messages. We have started several initiatives to reduce spam, and raise the academic level of this forum. Automated Spam filtering will never work 100% and therefore we will enforce new forum rules which have to be respected, otherwise it will lead to the temporary ban or permanent bans depending on spam characteristics.

Our goal is to create the world's best SEOforum, with high professional academic level, minimum spam and comprehensive articles, FAQ's and posts in general.
Rules:

1) It is not permitted to make outgoing / outbound links in posts. If you would like to make outbound links you can apply for it by contacting the site staff. To be allowed to make outbound links, you have to demonstrate you have made several qualitative posts, which have helped to raise Seoforums.orgs academic level, and covering previously unanswered questions.

2) All new topics started, must be relevant, and you must check that there is not a similar topic already. All startups topics must contain a minimum of 25 words, and bear the mark of an attempt to find answers in the forum already.

3) All posts that contain offensive, obscene, vulgar, slanderous, hateful, threatening or sexually-oriented material will be removed and the author will be banned immediately.

4) People who want Noob / basic questions answered, please ask questions at the top FAQ thread which is sticky in every sub forum. Then the question will be answered and incorporated into the FAQ post. Of cause make sure question has not already been previously answered.

5) If you have questions regarding the rules or want to help with moderation, writing articles or other constructive initiatives, please contact the administrators / moderators.

@tasfee - We would like to give support to those who do have signature backlinks IF they are able to comment intelligent and relevant. That is sadly not the situation right now, and this is why we have to act pro-active. If you would like to be able to make signature backlinks, then write a lot of really good posts, maybe submit unique articles with a high academic level, and then apply for permission for signature linking by contacting the staff.

Putting link in the signature is allowed and suppoted by all forum after meeting up some criteria. It is also known to all. But putting link inside forum posts/threads is not often liked by the forum administrator and also by the visitors. It is also a tool of spamming. So the admin of the forum, often ban the member for life time. When the members log in to their accout they recieve a message saying that the member has been banned permanently. It's a great lost for the member. So I think the moderators should review the posts that has any link before publish.

Are we allowed to post the similar thread in different forums. Its because, I've some question now for which I require answer urgently. But I'm not sure which forum does it fall under exactly, So i'm posting it in three forums, is that okay? I don't post any links although my question is related to one of my gig in fiverr. Am I ethical? :D

All of us should follow this rules to promote our marketing skills .With out follow these rules we can't enhance our business and sites.....

  • Will follow the rules for sure and will help for it if I could make it. So now especially the people who has the backlink in their signature must have to post intelligently and relevant.
  • Can we use "nofollow" links in the post or thread? Sometime it is needed to show up urls and eventually it may create a link.
  • Thank you so much for giving this nice information. Read the rules.

  • People o Bihar

    Bihar Culture

People of Bihar has very simple approach towards Life. The parents are very caring who throughout their Life care for their children and when these selfish children grow up, they leave Bihar forever and never return back. This is the reality of Bihar which has caused it to fall right from its peak. Uncontrolled migration without an intention to return back has caused havoc in the society of Bihar. This is only one sad part which must be taken care of. Apart from this, the main profession that people engage in Bihar is either related to teaching industry or Government sector.

    Bhojpuri Language

Bhojpuri is the most popular language of Bihar. It is the third most spoken Indian language outside India. It is spoken in western Bihar, north western part of Jharkhand, Purvanchal region of Uttar Pradesh and some parts of West Bengal and Madhya Pradesh. It is wrtten in Devnagri script. It is also widely spoekn in Nepal, Mauritius, Fiji and Trininad and Tobago. Bhojpuri has been considered by some pseudo-intellectuals leaders of north India as a dialect of Hindi which is totally false. The native speakers of Bhojpuri are still struggling to get it recognised as a language. However Bhojpuri movies, an empire of 200 million, has been able to upheld this cause very bravely. Bhojpuri movies has been successful in creating an image on people of India that there language also is respectful and it deserves more than mere attention. The bhojpuri suprstars like Manoj Tiwari and Ravi Kishan enjoys emi God status in Bhojpur district of Bihar. The bhojpuri speaking people are also known as Bhojpurias. There are about 60 million speakers of Bhojpuri. We strongly believe Bhojpuri must gain its due respect and be recognised as a separate langauge and not a dialect of Hindi.

    Education in Bihar

Education is the key word for a country to become a Superpower. During ancient times when India was a super powerful country under the leadership of Magadhan(Bihar) rulers, the capital of Indian education was also Bihar. Bihar had world's oldest University known as Nalanda University and Vikramshila University where students from all over the world used to come to study. But civilizations and situations changes with time. The education system in Bihar deteriorated to such an extent that students of Bihar now have to migrate to different states and countries to study. In this article, we will discuss the Education system in Bihar.

According to a recent survey, The capital of Bihar, Patna has more schools than New Delhi. Patna has become an Educational hub for the Eastern India. It is an important center for preparation of exams like IIT, IAS, Engineering and Medical entrance. The quality education of schools in better in Patna than New Delhi. But Bihar still lacks behind in Higher Education. Although, there is quality primary and secondary education but there is no quality higher education which the main reason of migration of students outside Bihar.
