You read right folks. Myself and colleagues have been stumped by a problem we are having with one of our sites. I cant post a link as I dont have enough posts yet and also it is an adult dvd site so I'm not sure if I'm allowed to post it anyway. Below is a description of the issue. If you think you can help I can PM you a link to check out the problem:

• The site is an ecommerce site set up in oscommerce.
• It has a text introduction on the home page which is (or was) unique content. There are other info pages such as terms and conditions with lots of text. all pages have footers, categories have custom text and some products have descriptions (not all).
• No matter how much text content we add it does not get included in googles index.
• When we add new text it gets indexed on Bing and other search engines (not google) fairly quickly.
• We used to have a forum in a folder on the problem domain. The text content in the forum got indexed.
• I have used google webmaster tools spider simulator to see how the spiders see the web pages. In every case I checked the spider should be able to see the text.

We're at our wits end and are willing to pay anyone who can identify and solve the problem. If you think you know what the issue might be and you don't mind helping with an adult site then please send me a pm and I'll reply with a link.
