  First, check your robs.txt file if it is blocking the crawler by any chance.
  
  Second, add your URLs in Google index using fetch as Googlebot tool.
  
  Third, get backlinks for these URLs from websites which frequently get crawled.

  Adding webmaster code to blog/website not for index it use for verify your the owner. Now we need not add that code instead of that we can verify by using Google analytics.
  To get index need to add sitemap.
