  I assume that this site is not been promoting or updating.. losing traffic and high bounce rate means your visitors are losing interest on your site.. best thing to do.. is to update your site, add something interesting and new then promote it..

  You should try to get more quality back links for your site from high PR do follow site related to your niche from different IP site which will be useful to increase serp's of your site by which you can increase organic traffic for your site and you should also update your site content.

  As you are saying that you are not getting the traffic as well as your site bounce rate is higher than it means that the visitors are looking for something extra. According to me do one thing, once change the content of your site.
  Reason for losing the traffic is that may be you lose the keyword ranking so check the keyword rank and try to target few more keywords those who have higher search volume.
