  First of all you've to check your website On-Page Optimization, is this perfect or not? Means in On-Page Optimization you can check page Title, Keyword, Description, Images and also contents. The contents should be unique.
  
  Then you can go for Off-page Optimization or Link Building. Link Building is Most Important for getting traffic.

  I am not sure if Google Dance still exists. The thing about SEO is you have to do it over and over again and don't stop. Website needs SEO every time to survive in the competition.

  google seems to change the algorithm in indexing, Try to look again at your website, if your site is truly unique.
  if not then do not be surprised if your rank will be completely dropped dramatically. fix your website content is the key. I just answered it as a friend, not an seo expert.:)

  You have to do some good quality, consistent SEO. Start building backlinks: exchange links with other high PR sites, do some deep linking, optimize 2-3 keywords at a time, make sure your meta-tags are SEO friendly, and do some article submissions. Be patient, it does take time.
