  What's new in it for you is that Google wants SEOs to now focus more on on-site optimization including:
  
  1. Unique & quality content
  2. Easy to browse website structure
  3. Internal links (logical)

  Amen to that. We are constantly trying to figure out the puzzle of what works. Typically, if you feel like you are earning it, your efforts are on the right path.
