  its hard to search do follow but major quality of site.. & instant approve i dont think that it will come up with list of bulk.
  just find blog in google you will get it...

  Do follow blog take lots of time to approve your comment. The ratio is very high ratio rejected comments. This is waste your work and time, and not get good result.

  How to find good blogs to comment on?
  1. Manual search: Use Google's blog tab for finding such blogs 'keyword'+dofollow
  2. You can use some tool for finding such blogs. I use 'keyword Country' for finding my niche related celebrity blogs that accept blog commenting for backlinking.

  it is very hard to get that type of list because i searched a lot for instant comment approval but didn't successd,only search for blogs and may be you can find it in forums ,mostly in forums there are lot of people who shares very good information ....

  Go for manual check, use seo tool for finding do-follow site. Do follow blog or site take lots of time to approve your comment and link respectively .

  Dofollow is a term been used for a website that promises link juices for people that are partnering with the website (people that engage in sharing links on the website, those that normally share their comment on the website in exchange for backlinks).
  The word dofollow is the opposite of the word “nofollow”. At default, each website, mostly WordPress blogs does have nofollow attributes to external links and that alone can affect the website that are sharing links with your website on the long runs. Also, people can stay away from your website if it is not a dofollowed, because it offers them no value.
