Thread: How awesome is Google?

Good day all,
Google is obviously known as the best search engine out there, but how does someone manage to get their websites to the first page? Does it involve paying or does it work by the amount of relevance the link has to the search? Also, why is that wikipedia is always the first link for any search out there?

Google basically relies on the content of the website. Any website with good content and perfect SEO techniques implemented will get automatically ranked top on the Google.
