Should I comment on my site's relavant topic blogs? or it can be different?? Which will be more appropriate?

you can do blog comment relevant topics related to your website and also you can do comment different topics but answer will be correct according to question

most appropriate would be on the blogs related to your theme but still it helps commenting on other blogs just make sure, your comments not get counted among spam. Leave on-topic comments, that add some value to the post.

I agree with your correct reply.Yes we have permit to blog comment of any topics.

Doing Blog commenting is good for back links and brand promotions. It is also good way to increase traffic. If you do comments on relevant blogs and sites it gives a good impreassion and count a good vote. irrelevant blog comments count in spam box so it harm the website reputations. Keep doing but in natural way.

Blog Commenting is vey good for keyword promotion but more commenting give sspamming to web site.

In my experience blog commenting can give a boost in link count from Y! Explorer. I don't know how much value it gives to ranking position though.

For example- If you have a health blog then- there must be only health related comment, reviews or queries which can be discussed over comments.

If you can invite spammers then you can collect decent comments for your blog. Use DISQUS commenting gadget for edit spammers comments as you want. You can pin your blog in do-follow blog list displaying directory after that you can get tons of comments one day.

Yes its better if you comment on blogs which is relevant to your site and its more advisable if its do follow and high PR, then chance of getting quality backlinks for your site is more.

Just make sure u throw some valid ideas out on the comment with your anchor text and you should be ok.
