Googlebot 'Redirect error'

My website is hosted on godaddy. Its load fine, but google bot is showing 'redirect error' (HTTP/1.1 302 Found) for all my pages and it is not indexing my pages. I am facing this problem for last 20 days. My web hosting company is not helping me. I want SEO advice. Should I continue running my website until I change my host? Will google penalize me, if it keep on finding those 'redirect errors'.
