How to get automatic index every forum post

I have created a forum ( neotutorials.com/forums ) , But every new post of my forum does not index automatically in google. I have to mannually submit all posts in google addurl. I also use google sitemap. but it doesnot work properly.

How can i index every new forum post automatically in google.
NB: my forum ( neotutorials.com/forums is page rank 1 )

check out the robox.txt and do some backlinks for the forum.

If your site is already indexed by Google and your sitemap.xml is kept up to date Google will index those pages it feels worthy of being there, just because you have a page and it's linked to doesn't mean it will be indexed. Google index pages at their own discretion based on their own criteria...
