Major problem!

in Fuzzy SEO for vBulletin
Whenever a slash is in the query then there is a database error, as I get this email:

Database error in vBulletin 4.0.3:
Invalid SQL:
SELECT * FROM seoqueries_terms WHERE term_value='keyword\';

MySQL Error : You have an error in your SQL syntax; check the manual that corresponds to your MySQL server version for the right syntax to use near ''keyword\'' at line 1

    Well, even worse news. When a user clicks the link from Google that has a slash in the keyword, it not only causes that MySQL error but my website does not display and shows a Page not available message.

    I am a paying customer for the Gold version of this product. To prevent database errors and to prevent people not being able to access my site, I have had to disable this modification. This message is not meant to be hostile but this is something that I paid for to improve my website but rather this has been hurting it and I can't even receive a reply from you. Please respond respectively, and please issue a fix or I will be forced to obtain a refund.

    Likewise, please don't reply with an excuse on how busy you are. I would rather prefer a response with actual worth to me.

    the fix for this is going to be released late next week. I have infact had a number of other projects that are completing this week for public launch, including a price comparison add-on for wordpress, and a further three SEO plugins for vBulletin.

    Apart from that I do have my day-job and family - so Im pretty hectic! Please accept my apologies for the delay in this bugfix, but all will be solved in the next 9 days - I absolutely promise!!

    Really disappointed that a fix still has not been made. Can you just issue me a refund, I uninstalled this modification since I can't use it due to the above problem.

    Or better yet an update on the product itself. ( file hasn't been touched since 3-10-2010 )

    hi guys - I have been off the forum, and these plugins since starting another project I initially estimated at being 3 weeks, thats turned out to be closer to 4 months.

    I realise thats of little use to you guys though, its not an excuse, its just the reason Ive not been able to look at any of this other stuff.

    1) to remove the branding on the fuzzySEO - just set the accreditation to be in the footer and it will disappear.

    2) the bug of the trailing slash I need to release new code to fix, I will get that out next week (my other project is finally coming to an end over the weekend.

    I have purchased the gold version, and don't have programming knowledge, can you explain it so that a lay man can understand.
