Installation Doesn't Work

Since there are no installation instructions here on this site for; Fuzzy SEO Gold, I went to vBulletin.org for them.
The xml file won't take... Keep getting an "Invalid File Specified" message.
The core files in the upload folder do create the admin panel control, although when you click on any of the drop down options Data Base error messages fill the preview screen below options fill in boxes.
What is done with this file: product-forumseoqueries_vb4_v1.5.0c-GOLD? Does this contain license information allowing this plugin to work? And if so, does it get uploaded since it is not included in the upload folder?
