  To avoid keyword stuffing, you should avoid excessive or repetitive use of your targeted keywords in a web page. You should properly distribute your targeted keywords in your web page such as in title Tags, meta descriptions and content.   Keyword Stuffing refers to making the use of same keyword repeatedly in the content of the website or using it more than it is suggested in the guidelines of the search engine. It is practice of not maintaining the keyword density which should exceeds to 3-5% of the total words of the website content.

  Keywords stuffing means access amount of repetition of keywords without any use of that keywords, just to increase the weight of keyword on the page. And many people describe the ratio of keywords as density on a page that should be 3 to 5%, but as per experts advice their is no factor like keyword density, just use the keywords as per its usage in the content.

  Keyword stuffing had been used in the past to get good page rank result and also increase the page visibility. But nowadays it is considered as a bad SEO technique which may result in the page being thrown into spam.People employing this technique shouldn't expect there website to be ranked well or being displayed in SERP.
  I agree with the previous comment.....the keywords must be used according to the content requirement.Don't add words unnecessarily in the content.

  The technique of adding relevant keywords to a piece of content to make it valuable for SEO is known as keyword stuffing.
  There are a few thing to keep in mind when doing so:
  
  1. Make sure the keywords are not irrelevant and just placed for the purpose of SEO.
  2. Should be evenly distributed among the entire content.
  3. A healthy density is about 2-4%
  4. Use multiple similar keywords for each of your target keywords. this shows natural linking and makes the content of superior quality.
  
  In fact, keywords should never really be stuffed, they should be introduced in the content naturally for best results.
