    Well google did just do a panda update in January, however it would help to know more about your site before telling you how to increase your traffic, as too much SEO can also have a negative impact on your SERP. Give your site address with spaces between the .com and I'll take a look at your site.

    Okay I looked at your site, and it looks like you could use a bit of meta tag work for one as well as some other work. However you don't want to edit your pages too often as google can strike you thinking you are trying to manipulate search engine results. I take it you are trying to rank for the terms:

    Also looks as if your competitors site is quite a bit bigger then you giving them more backlink juice as all
    their pages create search engine friendly backlinks. Which means you have a lot of backlinking to do in order to
    compete for the terms of your competitors. Your URL not having any of the words you are trying to rank for also
    can have an impact on your rank
