  Best way to index a site quickly is post your link on high PR (page rank)site, PR (page rank)over 6,7 or so because Google crawl their website regularly so that we will have good and great chance to index very quickly........

  The best way is to get backlinks. Google will follow them and index your site. Preferably high quality links from sites related to yours. But just about any links will do if you are just trying to get indexed.
