Hey, I am working on a new website that is something like the TED http://www.ted.com/. In it we have some speakers who upload videos in their respective fields they are working and they are also available to give speak at your place for some price. Can you please help me out how to get started with this new site

One of the best things you can do according to the google blog is ad lots of great content about your speakers. Do a few write ups on the performance of them and try to be more specific them your competitors this will help your standings in the organic results.
