How Come I am Receiving Traffic for Keywords I am not Targeting - Killing me on my Bounce Rate
Another question that has me stumped is that for the measly amount of traffic I am receiving, much of it is coming from keywords I am not targeting at all or complete misspellings of the keywords I am targeting. For example I am targeting "Victoria's Secret Stock", yet I received traffic today for: "Victoria's Secreat, stock." Another example is I was targeting "How to Invest in Facebook's Stock" and quite successfully for a while. Now though I am only receiving traffic for search phrases like, "how do you make stocks on Facebook" instead of the former.
What is causing this to happen? Why am I receiving traffic for misspellings, wrong grammar and awkward searches instead of the keywords that I am targeting? The problem does not seem to exist for me with Yahoo, Bing or Answer, just Google.
