a questions about 404 not found noted that google bot

I am using wordpress code. Today, I sigin webmasters tools, I see in Error Data Collection a 404 with link http://high-end-cosmetics.com/comments/feed/
although when I visit I do not see 404 which is just a bug xml. So you have to ask this affect my SEO?
And if you use wordpress can help me fix it like?

It may affect your SEO if crawler is finding a 404 error. Also, it may leave a negative impact on your visitor. So, if its a bug... remove it as soon as possible.

LoL I have this trouble too.. They say you need to create a 301 redirect for those 404 error urls showing up on google webmasters.
