People I need your help. I have done keyword research using GKT. But the problem is I have gathered a lot of important keywords/phrases. I don't know when ones are the best because they all are relevant to what I am looking for. Can anyone suggest me an article or a video tutorial for step-by-step keyword research and how to select the best out of them. And lastly I want to know how to put them in meta keywords. By this I mean should I put all of them or some of them and how.
Example: I want to rank for a keyword "buy and sell luxury watches" and it is one of my main keywords.
When in meta_keywords, should I type the whole phrase or write them like " buy luxury, watches, online, sell, luxury watches, sell luxury watches online.
Please help needed asap.

Next if the competition for your keyword is High, Low or Medium. If it's high than leave it, but if it's medium or low than try searching that keyword in the Google.com. If the search results are less than use that keyword in your title, description and content. This is how it works. How this will help you.
