I am looking after permanent links - webdesign niche.

To have a clue on what i need exactly i will post an example.

This is good quality: [URL]http://www.webdesignerdepot.com/[/URL] - that's just an example, it doesn't need to be such large site, it can be new, but the blogs you have sent to me are really cheap.

How do i check if a site is credible or not!?

What I check first is the impression - if it is done by a domainer as a mini site just to sell links and get PR, then it's worth nothing. Google knows that as well. Typically these are Wordpress sites with basic skin, no design, and plain boring stupid articles, which are normally just rewritten, or worst case just spinned. These sites will be nowhere in the next years. A good site is where you know the owner wants to do something with it, has plans, makes a nice design, puts effort into content, wants to make it good for the visitors. It can also be just a Wordpress site, but you will see it in the first second that it's not a domainer minisite to collect link money...

I am able to pay up to 50-75 usd for a good quality Contextual Link !

Priority keywords to find site that i am interested in are:

free vector
free vectors
vector art
vector free
design
best vectors
etc...

mainly the top 30-50 sites !

If I have website with nice design, great content and good for visitor, maybe not selling Contextual Link for 50 USD - 75 USD.
This forum have good visitor and they sell header banner for $400/month and sidebar banner for $200/month.

Yes, but that's a big difference of what i am searching! Anyway - its a free market - with a lot of links!

The startup is 50-75usd - For Junk sites, i don't even pay 10usd - so i think i know what i am looking for!
