Google disapprove adsense account request

Bad! Actually my website hosted in a freehost. The google disapprove my request and message me
'Your website have lot of connection timeout and server speed also very slow'

I just need a fastest freehost with google adsence support. Please help me

you can get decent hosting from people like hostgator for a couple of dollars per month, just do it.

You will have this issue with most free hosts. I would try for shared hosting if you are on a budget. $3-5 per month.

P.S hostgator is the best in my opinion, their customer service is second to none. I have used Godaddy and personally prefer hostgator.
